Thomas brings comprehensive C-suite and General Manager experience to his role as executive coach. His operational leadership background spans from midmarket companies to global corporations, including roles with P&L responsibilities ranging from $10M to $100M+. A key to Thomas’ success in growing businesses is his ability to retool and refocus organizational strategy, along with his talent assessment and team development skills.
Thomas holds master’s degrees in Business Administration & Management from Henley Business School (UK), and in Political Science & Government from University of Copenhagen (Denmark). Furthermore, Thomas has served as faculty member at the Copenhagen Business School. Thomas is certified as an executive coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Hudson is an accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
In 2018 Thomas transitioned from his executive career to become a full-time executive coach. Thomas has completed a wide range of coaching engagements:
- Leaders across the spectrum of functional areas: Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Product – as well as General Managers (CEO’s, COO’s, Presidents Head of Division, Board Members).
- For-profit organizations including start-ups, private equity backed companies, public companies, and not-for-profit organizations.

- Geographies: US, Asia, Europe.
Thomas is a native of Denmark and a dual US/Danish citizen. He lives with his family in Los Angeles and is a keen tennis player.
