He specializes in go-to-market executive search engagements for early growth stage, middle-market, and high-growth private & public Healthcare technology companies, in addition to private equity-backed organizations and their portfolio businesses. He is valued by clients for his deep industry insights and strategies, which consistently provide forward thinking solutions to their complex challenges.
Prior to Upwell Search Partners, Steven served as Director for the largest full-cycle, HR specialty search firm in the US. He was responsible for leading teams to drive growth across the Digital health and Industrial divisions of the organization. Having a demonstrated track record of success, helping organizations build national and global leadership teams across life sciences, healthcare, medical device, industrial manufacturing, robotics, chemical, oil & gas, specialty materials, automotive, construction/building materials, mining & metals, and consumer durables industries.
Steven received his B.A. in Marketing from Temple University’s, Fox School of Business.
When he’s not working, you are most likely to find him active in several non-profit outreach programs around the City of Brotherly Love. He is a connoisseur of all things fashion, designing and creating custom leather footwear. Steve enjoys exploring the hidden gems of Philadelphia, boating with friends & family, and he will never pass up a good charcuterie board.
