If you run a B2B sales team, I’ve been in your shoes. I know the pace, the pressure, and the constant need for results. I also know the fun of winning when you and your team work with colleagues to execute flawlessly.

I’ve always been a sales guy. I love both the art and the science of selling. I believe selling and sales management are repeatable processes that can be learned. But selling isn’t a cookie-cutter process. It needs to be artfully tailored by managers and reps to meet the needs of their customers. It isn’t magic. It is hard work.

Prior to founding Hammond-Hill, I managed hundreds of sales reps and dozens of teams for more than 20 years. My experience ranges from managing large teams at large publicly traded corporations to running regional and global teams for small and medium-sized private equity and venture capital-backed companies with 20 to 300 employees.

I have a consistent record of building and structuring teams to achieve aggressive growth targets by implementing scalable business processes combined with 1st line manager coaching and skill development.

When I’m not working with sales leaders, you will find me running or traveling with my wife.
